From a young age we are told to work hard and we will achieve success, but as a society we fail to realize that one persons vision of success can look different than the other. What we really want is love, but we are sold a program of needing material assets to signify how much our net worth is.
There are times in our life where we are stagnant or unfulfilled and don’t understand why new opportunities aren’t presenting themselves. If only we knew the programs that are running in our mind we would see what is hindering us. If only it were displayed on a screen in our heads, but its not that simple to pin point. Its especially hard to see how we are getting in our own way when we’ve been recreating the same cycle for years and years.
To reprogram the mind is to change up the focus and rhythm.
You want more energy? Do activities that require you to work up the energy, such as exercising.
You want to stop being so sentimental and emotional? Focus on the practical matters of life and begin working with your hands to fully become present with he physical body and not ruminate in the emotional body.
You want to strengthen the mind? Release the thought forms that are non-sensical. If you allow the ego to begin creating stories that are most likely 99% false, you rob yourself from the freedom of living in the present moment. Not only that, your own egoic mind begins to poison the system, and create stress when there was no reason to in the first place.
This is why meditation and intentional living is so important.
Assigning everything in your life a specific purpose, and when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING.
When you finish breaking a sweat, thank your body for pulling through and working properly so you don’t over heat.
When you take your shower, thank the water for what its helping you accomplish.
Every word you speak, may it be words of encouragement and love…
because only with a grateful heart and mind will you unlock your highest potential.
